Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only on regular priced items (and sale items below 30% discount); sale items discounted at 30% off or more are considered final sale.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please assure that the items are unworn and new, with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To request a return or an exchange, please send an email to team@rewindapparel.ae indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return or exchange. Our returns department will assess your request and provide further instructions for return as soon as possible.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted outside of the allowable return grace period. Returns for any item(s) purchased must be requested within 7 days of our delivery to you. Please note that bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount for any returns processed. Exchanges and return are limited to domestic orders only and are not applicable to GCC and international orders.

For purchases made via cash on delivery (COD), we only facilitate exchanges; refunds are not applicable to these transactions.

Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an 0 AED cancellation fee.

If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will need to wait for the item to be delivered to you so you can return it.
